The Right to Access Information is a fundamental right guaranteed to every individual who requests it, in accordance with the principles stipulated in the Constitution of the Republic of Maldives and the Right to Information Act (Act No. 1/2014).

MIFCO is committed to conducting all operations with the highest standards of transparency and accountability, ensuring that information is made available to all parties requesting it under the Right to Information.

Requests for information can be submitted through any of the following methods:

1.⁠ ⁠Official Request Form: Complete the form provided by the Information Commissioner’s Office for submitting information requests.

2.⁠ ⁠Mahoali Portal: Submit your request online via Mahoali, the official portal developed by the Information Commissioner’s Office.

3.⁠ ⁠Written Request: Send a written request in accordance with Article 50 of the Right to Information Regulation.
