Other Incentives:
- Service Allowance: 5100 Rufiyaa (60% of Basic Salary)
- Professional Allowance: 1700.00 Rufiyaa ( 20% Diploma Certificate), 3400.00 Rufiyaa (40% bachelor’s degree Certificate)
- Food Allowance: 1800.00 Rufiyaa ( 60 Rufiyaa Daily)
Minimum Qualification and Experience Required:
- Degree in Auditing, Accounting and minimum (1) year relevant experience or
- Advance Diploma in related field and minimum (2) years of experience in a related field
- Diploma in related field and minimum (4) years of experience in a related field
- In addition, he/she should be able to prove that capable of this work in the interview.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the audit team and the chief internal auditor in developing and reviewing the internal audit universe.
- Identify control weaknesses in the company’s core operations and conduct risk assessments and update the risk register.
- Develop audit and consultancy work plans as directed by the audit team, including preparation of analytical reviews, risk identification and audit programs.
- Conduct follow-up engagements of audits under the direction of the audit team and work with designated staff to inform the audit committee of status.
- Follow the standards set by the Internal Audit Function in conducting the audit and draft the discussion paper and audit report based on the findings of the audit process.
- Ensure that all audit related documents are filed in the audit documentation system and maintain the security and confidentiality of all information, documents and evidence obtained during the audit work.
- Update and maintain the company’s whistleblower register as directed by audit supervision.
- Perform administrative duties of the assigned department.
- Participate in company activities and maintain a friendly relationship with company employees.
Interviewing:

- Clear copy of valid National Identity Card (Both Sides).
- Copies of academic certificates with transcripts. (International certificates must be accredited by MQA). In cases where a certificate has not been issued, a letter confirming course completion, along with a copy of the MQA assessment report and a copy of the transcript issued by the Maldives Qualifications Authority, must be submitted.
- Copies of educational certificates and transcripts issued by higher education institutions in the Maldives, or, if the certificate has not yet been issued, a letter confirming completion of the course together with a copy of the transcript.
- Reference letters from current/ previous employers certifying types of employment, job roles, and service period.
- Recommendation letters from previous supervisors or employers (optional).-

- Complete and up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- After screening the applications, a technical assessment will be given to the eligible candidates.
- Candidates’ experience, the assessment, and interview marks will be considered in the evaluation.
- Points will be given for educational experience based on the validity of the application.
- Points will be awarded for educational experience based on the completeness and validity of the application.
- If the candidate fails to appear for the assessment or interview on the date notified by this office for any reason, the assessment or interview will not be conducted later.
