Employment Type: Contract (1 year) with an initial 3-month probation period.

Work Location: Production Department / Kanduoiygiri Fishing Village

Total Salary: 9,506.25 MVR

Additional Benefits: Overtime and public holiday pay will be provided in accordance with established regulations for work performed during such periods.

Requirements:  Proven skill and competency in performing the duties of the position, along with work experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily operational tasks.
• Monitor and ensure that Production Department activities are organized in a safe and secure manner.
• Ensure that Production Department tasks are completed according to the scheduled timeline.
• Clean and maintain the machinery of the Production Department.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan tasks and ensure progress aligns with the schedule.

Selection Criteria:

a. Based on education and experience in the relevant field. b. Interview to verify competency.
